Vivian Cahue

Vivian Cahue joins CCAC as a Climate Solutions Navigator I, based in the Bakersfield office. Her background spans community outreach, social work, and connecting residents to assistance programs, electrification initiatives, and other services that advance equity and sustainability. Through her personal and educational experiences, she has built strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, and she is motivated by the opportunity to empower individuals and communities through education, guidance, and support.

At CCAC, Vivian looks forward to working alongside a welcoming team while staying engaged with her community. She’s especially interested in environmental justice, energy efficiency, and practical ways people can access helpful resources. Outside of work, Vivian enjoys hiking, dancing, and spending time with her dog.
